It was ok. Not that good, but not that bad either. Like another reviewer mentioned, this isn't ramen though. The noodles were pasta. Also there was shredded beef that it made it feel like I was eating more like some kind of barbacoa spaghetti instead of ramen. The order took too long and was overpriced for what it was.

I used Uber Eats to place my order. It was set up to be delivered by the store staff. After waiting for 2 hours, my order did not arrive and I asked the store staff to cancel my order, but they were unintelligible and said they could not cancel my order because I was waiting for a delivery person. I waited 2 hours for the product and never received it, no refund, just cheated me out of my money. I will never use this store again.

Ordered through DoorDash. Due to past experiences with other restaurants we were worried it'll all be put together and the noodles would get soggy, but we were craving ramen at 11:30pm so... Hahaha. They didn't and they didn't because of the packaging. Toppings and noodles came in a deep black meal prep bowl with a see-through lid. Everything was arranged nicely and the broths came in a wide cup with a lid, about 2cups worth each, that once poured into the bowl fit perfectly and almost to the brim of the black bowl so it was more than enough. Protein toppings were seasoned and delicious, we got the pork and the chicken. The broths were also delicious and seasoned well, not all too salty once poured over the seasoned meat. It also wasn't heavy so we're comfortably full...if that makes sense. Will be reordering and definitely gonna try to take pictures because we cleared our bowls. However, only thing that was a bit "eh", was that we're 95% sure the noodles were actually spaghetti pasta, which is why it's a 4.

Ditto what the other dude said about no broth. How in the world are you going to eat ramen without broth. Thats like ordering a pizza and getting no dough aka NOT A PIZZA.

I’m absolutely livid with my experience ordering from this so-called “viral kitchen” on DoorDash. First off, the images online were completely misleading. Sure, the AI-generated art looked nice, but that’s where the “good” ends. What we expected was a proper bowl of ramen in broth—like any normal ramen order. Instead, what we got was a sad, deconstructed unseasoned mess in a tiny container. And to top it off, they sent a shot glass worth of ramen broth in a 2oz sauce container that wasn't even full. I mean, seriously? I didn’t order a DIY project; I ordered a meal.. I wouldn’t be so upset if the advertised meal WAS a DIY special with 2oz of broth. With that all being said, the pickup process went smooth. Checking in my order was a fun experience and the lockers and inside was incredibly clean and put together. Next time just… be honest.
